Avani Gadre is a vibrant Kathak dancer and aspiring choreographer, recognized for her profound exploration of movement and abstraction within the classical form. A dedicated disciple of Guru Smt. Shama Bhate, Avani holds a Master's degree in Kathak from Lalit Kala Kendra, Savitribai Phule Pune University, where she graduated with a gold medal. She began her Kathak journey at age four and is now a key member and dance teacher at Nadroop, one of Pune's most esteemed Kathak institutes. She was awarded the National Scholarship from the Ministry of Culture and the Rohini Bhate Award for Young Artists.

Mrs. Prajakta Wadhavkar is the Founder Director of Tapas Foundation for Care of Seniors and Tapas Elder Care. Though from a commerce background, her passion for elder care led her to establish Tapas in 2017 as a residential care facility, which has since grown into a network offering dementia care, palliative care, nursing, respite services, and intergenerational programs. She believes that caring for the older generation is a vital social responsibility for a healthy ecosystem.
Prajakta has been a guest speaker at GERICON and GSICON, a guest lecturer at IDC IIT Mumbai, and a mentor to PhD scholars in service design. Her efforts have earned her the India Achievers Award for Entrepreneur of the Year, Times Inspiring Women Award, and honors from Rotary, NIPRO, Aastha Foundation, and Gnyan Prabodhini for excellence in elder care.
Sujay Dahake

Sujay Dahake is a National Award-winning filmmaker and founder of Pune Film Company, known for redefining Marathi cinema through bold and diverse storytelling. A graduate in Film Semiotics from Mumbai University and Filmmaking from IAFT Cebu, he made his directorial debut with Shala (2012), winning the Silver Lotus at the 59th National Film Awards. His filmography spans genres—from the eco-drama Ajoba and sci-fi Phuntroo to the historic tale Shyamchi Aai 2023. Sujay continues to push cinematic boundaries with a sharp eye and fearless creativity.
