In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

He's also the creator & host of the strategic storytelling podcast (Spanish), which is a top 10 business & education podcast. Because of his work and impact in business and education, in 2025 Cesar was recognized as top 30 communication expert in the world by Global Gurus. His mission is to help millions of professionals become more impactful and influential, by teaching them how to leverage the power of stories.

I'm Feng, a biomedical science student at Utah Valley University. I conduct research with Dr. Hart in UVU's CIBEAM lab and work as a medical assistant at Whole Mind Psychiatry Clinic. I'm also a passionate volunteer with CASA, advocating for children in the foster care system.

Mikayla Batschi

Vocal Instructor
Mikayla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Family Studies from Brigham Young University, which she received in April 2018. In 2019, she founded Batschi Vocals, where she now teaches full-time. She is also Level 1 Certified in the Singing Athlete Methodology and is in the process of obtaining her IVA Teacher Certification. A key aspect of Mikayla's success as a vocal instructor lies in her unique blend of music and mental health education. Drawing from her background in both fields, she takes an integrative approach to singing—helping students not only develop their voices but also heal emotionally through the process of music. This holistic approach has led to significant progress for her students, both in their vocal abilities and their personal growth.

Nate Webb

School Counsleor
Nate Webb is a school counselor, national speaker, husband, and father. As a child, Nate was bullied relentlessly and bullies and social media almost ended his life. Drawing from his life experiences and from his studies as a school counselor, he passionately educates others how to raise resilient kids in a tech heavy world. He helps kids to get over bullies, get off social media, and love their lives.

Nina Lee

Grief Recovery Specialist
Nina Angela Lee is a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, international speaker, singer-songwriter, and author of “21 Ways to Support Those Who Are Grieving.” She has transformed profound personal loss into a message of hope and healing. After losing her mother at age 12 and her son following a 17-year health battle, Nina understands grief from the inside out—not just grief from death but also the quieter, often invisible losses that accompany life’s unmet expectations. Nina also serves as president of WOW Utah, a nonprofit that empowers women overcoming life-altering hardships. Whether through speaking, writing, or music, she creates space for emotional healing, honest reflection, and resilience. With a voice of compassion and a heart for service, Nina walks beside those navigating sorrow and helps them remember that it’s possible not just to survive—but to rise.
