In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Mo Willan

Mo Willan is a Professor of Marketing and Strategy at Hult, where he previously served as Campus Dean for a decade across London, Boston, and San Francisco. A former Group Marketing Director at Lafarge, he also ran his own consultancy, working with Coca-Cola, Barclays, and The British Council. An Oxford and Cranfield graduate, Mo is a Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). He was named one of Poets & Quants’ Top 50 Global Undergraduate Business Professors in 2020 and earned Hult’s Professor of the Year award for seven consecutive years (2012–2018). Yan Kaled Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Yan Kaled is the Founder and CEO of HiSolver, Inc., and holds a MEng in Computational Science and Engineering by Harvard SEAS, where he was the first student awarded the three most prestigious fellowships for LATAM students, the Leadership Fellowship from Estudar Foundation, and the Lemann and Behring Fellowships.
