Abraham Morgentaler
Abraham Morgentaler, MD was born in Montreal, Canada. He graduated from Harvard College in 1978, and Harvard Medical School in 1982. Dr. Morgentaler completed his residency in 1988 from the Harvard Program in Urology, and then joined the faculty of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School. He is currently the Blavatnik Faculty Fellow in Health and Longevity at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Morgentaler is an international authority on men’s health and a pioneer in the treatment of testosterone deficiency in men. His research is credited for reversing the decades-old belief that testosterone therapy is risky for prostate cancer. Dr. Morgentaler has published over 200 scientific articles on testosterone, prostate cancer, male sexual dysfunction, and male infertility. His publications have been cited more than 14,000 times. His h-index is 63.
Dr. Morgentaler received the 2024 Grandmaster in Testosterone Award by the Androgen Society. He was selected to give the prestigious John K Lattimer Lecture at the 2022 annual meeting of the American Urological Association and also the AUA Lecture at the 2016 annual meeting of the European Association of Urology.
In 1999 Dr. Morgentaler founded Men's Health Boston, the first comprehensive Men’s Health center in the US. Dr. Morgentaler co-founded the Androgen Society, an international multi-disciplinary organization dedicated to research and clinical excellence for testosterone deficiency and its treatment.
Dr. Morgentaler’s work has appeared in many of the leading medical journals, including The New England Journal of Medicine, The Lancet, The Journal of the American Medical Association, Cancer, and The American Journal of Medicine. He co-chaired the popular Controversies in Men’s Health Forum at the annual meeting of the American Urological Association for 20 years. Dr. Morgentaler has been an invited speaker and visiting professor in over 30 countries on five continents. He currently offers a virtual fellowship in testosterone therapy via his educational website, T4LEducation.com.
Dr. Morgentaler is the author of four books, including the best-selling Testosterone For Life, as well as The Truth About Men and Sex, and The Viagra Myth: The Surprising Impact on Love and Relationships.
Dr. Morgentaler has been featured in many national media outlets, including The NBC Nightly News, The CBS Early Morning Show, CNN with Anderson Cooper, Time Magazine, The New Yorker, Newsweek, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and most recently in On Point on NPR. He currently co-hosts the podcast, The Sex Doctors, with his wife, Dr. Marianne Brandon.
Azhmeer Jesani
Azhmeer Jesani is a rising high school senior passionate about quantum artificial intelligence (QAI) and dedicated to community enrichment. His innovative research earned him first place in Physics and Astronomy at the CCISD District Science Fair, along with the district’s prestigious Innovation Award for his exploration of practical applications in QAI classification algorithms.
Beyond his academic pursuits, Azhmeer is deeply committed to environmental sustainability, earning the Eagle Scout rank for his impactful service project. He contributes creatively to his community as a photographer for the Southwestern Institutional Communications team and serves as an inaugural member of the Ismaili Youth Council, bridging communication between Ismaili youth and institutional leadership.
Additionally, Azhmeer actively empowers his community by teaching Python programming, enriching his local community as a cellist in a community orchestra, and showcasing his talent internationally as a performing pianist.
Elexa Orrange-Allen
Elexa Orrange-Allen is the CEO and Founder of LEAP Coaching and Speaking, LLC, an

and coaching sectors. A former U.S. Army officer, Olympic athlete, executive, and keynote

A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Elexa honed her leadership
skills as a Finance Officer in the U.S. Army, serving as an operations and disbursing officer with

dream of representing the United States in Track and Field—a dream she realized by competing
on the world stage at the 1995 World Championships and the 1996 Olympic Games.
Her corporate career spans frontline to senior leadership roles in pharmaceuticals, medical
sales, and finance. She has led corporate training, leadership development, and organizational
strategy, most notably launching a leadership coaching program that drove significant business
growth.

History Makers for outstanding community service.
Based in Houston, TX, Elexa holds a B.S. in Psychology and an M.Ed. in Counseling. She enjoys
family time, volunteering, traveling, and fitness.
LaShonda Malrey-Horne
For over twenty years, LaShonda Malrey-Horne has dedicated herself, both through her professional and service life, to "make the healthy choice the easy choice" for people across the state of Texas, and beyond. Her mother, Mary Malrey, was her motivation for entering the field of community and public health. Over the years, she watched her mother’s health decline due to preventable diseases that could be reversed by basic lifestyle changes including exercise, eating a healthy diet and quitting smoking. As a professional health educator and public health leader, she has had the opportunity to present at national conferences including the Society of Public Health Education Annual Conference and internationally at the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction in Incheon, South Korea.

Rashmi Kudesia
Rashmi Kudesia, MD, MSc is a triple board-certified expert in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, obstetrics and gynecology, and lifestyle medicine. Since 2018, she has been caring for patients at CCRM Fertility Houston, where she has received multiple annual clinical recognition awards and serves as director of patient education and Sugar Land site director. She is also an assistant clinical professor at the Houston Methodist Hospital.
After graduating magna cum laude from Brown University, she received her medical degree with honors from Duke University School of Medicine. Her ob-gyn residency at the New York Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical Center was followed by a reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine-Montefiore Medical Center and a master’s of science degree in clinical research methods. She subsequently served as a clinical assistant professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and medical director of the Brooklyn office of the Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York before relocating to Texas.
Dr. Kudesia has served in multiple local and national leadership roles in organized medicine and is a public advocate for reproductive health. Dr. Kudesia has presented scientific research at national and international conferences, published in leading peer-reviewed journals, and received multiple awards and grants for her work. She is also author of the book Understanding Fertility Awareness Methods: Gaining Control of Your Fertility. In her free time, you’ll find her mostly hanging out with her husband, their two girls, and furbaby Bowser.
