Chandra Moss

Certified Family Law Specialist
Chandra Moss attended Southwestern School of Law, Los Angeles, where she was appointed to Law Review, graduating in 1991. She graduated from Brigham Young University in 1982 with a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal Communications. Chandra is a Certified Family Law Specialist with over thirty years of experience handling family law litigation. With thousands of hearings under her belt, she has resolved a wide range of issues including multi-million dollar estate characterization and division, characterization and valuation of businesses, high-wage earner child and spousal support, and high conflict child custody cases. Chandra has authored several published articles on family law issues and is an award-winning fiction writer. She has served as the Inland Empire Legislative Liaison to FLEXCOM and as the Advisory Board President for the non-profit arm of a choral music performance group with which she performs. Chandra resides with her college professor husband of over forty years.

Jilema Silver

Founder/Director | Q.W.U.E.E.N.S.
Jilema Silver is a graduate of Mt. San Jacinto College, where she served as Vice President of the Student Government Association and later as an Administrative Associate I at the front desk of the Learning Resource Center. She had the honor of being the student speaker at the May 2024 graduation ceremony, where she celebrated this milestone alongside her son, who graduated on the same day. Jilema holds an Associate of Arts in Psychology and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management. She is also the Founder and Director of the Q.W.U.E.E.N.S organization, which stands for Quality Women Uplifting, Educating, Empowering, Networking Society. This organization is dedicated to empowering young women of color, particularly African American women, as they pursue academic and professional excellence.

Julie Landi

Julie Landi is a dynamic speaker and the Founder/CEO of Live Your Vision, a transformative coaching company dedicated to empowering women leaders. With over 25 years of experience in leadership development, Julie has trained and mentored women globally, helping them discover and cultivate the innate leadership qualities within them. In 2016, she launched her own coaching firm, built around her signature program, Live Your Vision. Since then, Julie has inspired women from diverse backgrounds to unlock their unique leadership gifts and make a lasting impact. Her ability to connect with audiences and teach connection as a vital leadership skill has been instrumental in building high-performing teams. Julie has spoken at events worldwide—both online and in person—where her warmth, genuine spirit, and clear guidance leave listeners feeling empowered, inspired, and ready to lead with confidence in today's evolving landscape.

Lisa Fain

CEO | Center for Mentoring Excellence
Lisa Z. Fain is the CEO of the Center for Mentoring Excellence, a global speaker, and an expert in creating inclusive workplaces through mentoring. Her passion for diversity and inclusion work fuels her strong conviction that leveraging differences creates a better workplace and drives better business results. Lisa brings her energy, enthusiasm, and engagement to any group, facilitating lively workshops and training, and delivering interactive speeches with practical steps that can be implemented right away. She is an Executive Coach who guides leaders to create better workplaces and is known for her frank, kind, and holistic approach to helping leaders help themselves. Lisa is current President of the International Mentoring Association. She is the co-author of "Bridging Differences for Better Mentoring" and the 2022 revision (3rd Edition) of "The Mentor's Guide," both co-authored with Center for Mentoring Excellence's founder, Dr. Lois J. Zachary.

Ryan Henderson

Biological Sciences Instructor
Ryan Henderson is a father, husband, soccer coach, and classically trained immunologist whose graduate research focused on understanding immune system exhaustion during chronic viral infection. This virology and immunology expertise gave way to fourteen-year research career focusing on vaccine discovery, non-pathogenic human diseases, and efforts in developing drugs to combat rare cancers. Ryan's lifelong passion has always been teaching and he has been a faculty member with MSJC since 2011. He currently teaches Microbiology and other biology courses at the Temecula Valley Campus.

Shannon Wingfield

Founder | Three Feathers Native American Marketing Agency
Shannon Wingfield, a California native, is a dedicated member of the Juaneño Band of Mission Indians Acjachemen Nation Tribal Council. Currently serving as Tribal Council Secretary, and formerly as Councilmember at Large. Shannon's career includes leadership positions in prominent organizations, such as Starbucks and Synchrony Financial. she has honed her skills as a a television news reporter, producer and school teacher. Shannon also founded the Three Feathers Native American Marketing Agency, which supports Native American businesses by fostering strategic partnerships and enhancing visibility. Recognized for exceptional leadership, Shannon has earned multiple accolades, including Starbucks' Store Manager of the Quarter and the Synchrony Diversity Networks Caring Award. With a BA in Communication/Journalism, Graduate work in education and is currently perusing a law degree in Indigenous Peoples law.

Trinity Martinez

College Student
Trinity Martinez is a dedicated biology student at Mt. San Jacinto College, aspiring to become a pediatrician. After MSJC, she plans to transfer to a UC to study human biology. Beyond academics, she works as an ABA behavior technician, supporting children with autism. She is also the founder of Beary Best Friends, a small business that brings a Build-a-Bear-style experience to children's parties, creating unforgettable memories for families. Passionate about both science and community, Trinity balances her studies, work, and entrepreneurship with determination and care.
