As the founder of the Digital Societal Innovation – Exodus 2.0 initiative, he promotes decentralization and mutual support as key principles for building a more just society. Marija Jordeva
Marija Jordeva is a woman whose life story has unfolded across languages, cities, and roles.
A journalist, designer, and cultural studies scholar by education, Marija Jordeva is now the Manager of Creative Excellence at "Bambi" - a beloved biscuit manufacturer in the Balkans region. She skillfully bridges the corporate world with artistic sensitivity, while also running "Jordeva Likovnica" - her small studio for watercolor, illustration, and storytelling that evokes sensitivity and vitality.
Her debut novel "Natašte" was born from a personal need to express pain, loss, and love – a form of self-therapy turned into a manuscript that opens space for conversations around often-silenced topics. The loss of her father and the birth of her daughter after years of waiting deeply shaped both her writing and her perspective on life.
Born in Skopje, raised in Moscow, educated in Ljubljana, Marija eventually dropped anchor halfway between the Vardar and the Triglav - in Belgrade, a city she learned to love.
Milena Radulovic
Milena Radulovic is an actress whose talent and courage have already left a lasting mark on both the arts and society in the Balkan region, but her work and popularity are overcoming the regional scene.
A graduate of the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade, Milena became widely known for her roles in the film "Balkan Line" and TV series such as "One Summer Night," "Besa," and "Civil Servant." Snezana Vuksanovic
Snezana Vuksanovic is one of two Montenegrin botanists from a three-member team that described the first new plant in Montenegro this century – Petrolamium crnojevicii – and thus opened a new chapter in botany, not only in our country, but also in Europe. It is a completely new genus and species, discovered in the heart of Štitare.
🔬 Doctor of Biological Sciences, museum advisor at Museum of Natural History of Montenegro, Snežana has been researching Montenegrin flora for three decades, with an emphasis on high-mountainous areas. Her work on numerous international and national projects in the field of ecology, biodiversity, and nature protection makes her one of the most significant figures in the field of botany in the region.
In addition to her exceptional scientific contribution, Snežana is a member of many professional bodies, editor of the Botanical Lexicon of Montenegro, and a dedicated collaborator in the promotion and preservation of our natural heritage.
Tijana Todorovic
Tijana Todorovic uses performance, scenography, and textiles as mediums to create space for feminist imagination and dialogue. Her acclaimed works - such as the Sex Education II, the play Cure, and the illustrated monograph "Women of Montenegro" (telling the story how women from the past have shaped the future we live in today—and how their legacies can inspire us to build a more just and equal tomorrow) have received multiple awards and have been exhibited across Europe, from Paris and London to the Balkans.
As the co-author of the educational game Memory Games and a university lecturer, Tijana demonstrates that art can be a powerful tool for both education and empowerment.

Todor Vukcevic is a culinary creator with over eight years of experience in Mediterranean cuisine, with a focus on contemporary Italian gastronomy. His professional journey spans prestigious restaurants, luxury hotels, and private yachts, from Montenegro to the Maldives, where he has built teams, crafted authentic menus, and elevated the culinary experience to a fine dining level.
In his roles as Sous Chef and Executive Chef, Todor has left a mark through his distinct vision and dedication. His work has been recognized in Vogue Adria, where he was featured as one of the most exciting young chefs from the Balkans.
Through his brand Gurmet Tursija, he promotes artisanal fermentation techniques and the authentic flavors of the region. He is actively involved in pop-up events and experimental dinners, and through consulting projects, he nurtures local stories with a global spirit.
